Ok so my teacher mentioned telekinesis in class and I've always been fascinated about it so I decided to look into it more. I can make a psi wheel spin at night, but not during the day. And I put my hands next to it which supposedly isn't real telekinesis. I've read articles saying that it takes a while and a lot of meditating to achieve telekinesis, but I just want to be able to make, let's say a key swing without touching it, or make a psi wheel spin under a bowl. I would like to advance eventually, but for now little skills like moving a pencil and a psi wheel under a bowl would be great. LOOK AT THE CAPS: PLZ HELP ME ACHIEVE TELEKINESIS WITH PSI WHEELS UNDER GLASS BOWLS AND MOVING A PENCIL. IF U WANT TO GIVE ME MORE ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE ON TELEKINESIS, TOO, I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO ADVANCE EVENTUALLY. BUT FOR NOW ALL I ASK IS FOR YOU TO HELP ME MOVE A PENCIL AND SPIN A PSI WHEEL UNDER A GLASS BOWL. THANKS ALL!!!!!!!

LOL. You just want to move a psi wheel under a glass bowl, eh; nothing advanced... Even for teeks-- for people with telekinesis-- conscious control doesn't always come easily or quickly. Super-teek Nina Kulagina took more than a year before she got control of her TK abilities. Unless you are a neurological freak like Carrie or Annie Wheaton, it will take time and effort to learn TK-- if you can learn it at all. Most people can't as it involves learning to consciously lower your brainwave frequency down to 7 Hz; what's known as a theta frequency. Theta is notoriously difficult to get into voluntarily. So, yeah, go with meditation and practice with the psi wheel 15 to 30 minutes each day until you get into the Zone; you'll feel it between your eyes when it happens. Once you get it going it becomes easier, but keep practicing everyday or you will quickly lose it.

BTW, anyone one who tells you that it is heat that makes the wheel spin under a glass bowl is either a damn fool or a damn liar, or both. Tests have shown that the heat excuse is physically impossible.

1. Meditate. Go somewhere where you can be undisturbed. Relax your body, focus on your breathing and clear your mind. If you have trouble clearing your mind entirely, you can focus on a mantra--a single word or phrase repeated over and over again. Start with three-- to five-- minute sessions and gradually extend your ability to concentrate. You might find it difficult at first, but with consistent practice, you will probably improve.

2. Proceed to raising energy once you have become proficient enough at meditation to hold your concentration for at least 15 minutes, which may take a few weeks to several months (or years). You are raising energy and lowering your brainwaves when you are able to focus on a powerful emotion until you feel as if you are about to burst from it. The emotion can be a negative one, such as anger or despair. Hate works as well.

3 Understand that being able to meditate well enough to block unwanted emotions, and focus on the emotions you do want to experience, makes you ready to begin attempting to move things with your mind. Begin with light objects such as a small piece of thin aluminum tubing, say 1”x 1/2" x .014" or a psi wheel made out of thin brass—even a piece of round pen casing with the ink cartridge removed can be used. These are ideal because some idiot can’t come along and say the you made the item turn or move by the heat of your hands or by your breathing. (Look up the Wiki article on psi wheels-- I wrote it-- on how to make a good brass psi wheel).

I have made a special psi wheel by taking a few things like a big sewing needle—say, 2 ¼ inches long—and sticking it all the way through a standard pink pencil eraser. I then took a coupon or two that I got from Safeway and trimmed it down from about 8 inches to a more reasonable length, although one can make their own by taking two sheets of paper and cutting out a rectangle about 2” wide and 5” long. This rectangle is then folded sharply in half so you have a rotor 1” in width and 5” long that can be carefully placed and balanced on the tip of the needle roughly at the center. Because this is basically two pieces of paper, not one, someone can’t say that it is body heat that causes it to spin—when it does spin. A burst of air might cause it to spin a but even waving your hand won’t make it spin very much. Only telekinesis can make it overcome its inertia and rotate fully in either direction.

4. When you can get into the state in #2, picture your tube or psi wheel to moving or you can focus on it directly by placing your hands around your target if it helps you to focus your energy. This is what powerful teek Nina Kulagina does-- or at least did, when she was starting out.

5. If you get any success, it gets easier as you practice, but you have to continue to practice every damn day or you will lose the ability. Trust me on this. I had achieved five minutes of deliberate control but lost it because I didn't practice each day.

This is basic TK. Keep in mind that it's one thing to have the ability, but it's another thing to actually have much telekinetic *power.* Some people have great telekinetic power, but most people don't; that's just the way it goes.

Good luck. And oh, if you get headaches, quit. It can take a [long] while to learn this as you are training your brain to do something it normally doesn't do unless you are a latent teek like Carrie or Annie Wheaton. :-)

“Psychokinetics― sometimes called psychodynamics or telekinetics-- is a subject to which very few nonpsis have given serious consideration. Nothing worthwhile concerning it is in general circulation, since it can be handled only in the esoteric symbology of paraphysics and paramechanics; both of which disciplines are closed books to non-psionic minds.”

Telekinesis is not possible, I presume your teacher was trying to show you that warm air makes the psi wheel move, not magic.

There are articles about many things on the internet and a good proportion of them are complete and utter balderdash.

Humans already do use all of their brains too. http://www.snopes.com/science/stats/10percent.asp

Don't waste your time attempting the impossible.

I would like to point something out to yes man. First of all, your numbers are wrong, 10-15% is the correct number. And you can only use 10-15% of your brain AT ONE TIME! WE USE 90% OF OUR BRAIN ON A REGULAR BASIS! AND ASSUMING WE COULD ONLY USE 10-15% OF OUR BRAIN, WJICH PART WOULD IT BE?!?!?

Do meditation and make your own mental exercises. It well definitely help.

Telekinesis is not even possible unless you use 100% of your brain (humans only use about 20% or so of their brain). If you are able to concentrate a lot of neural energy, then I suppose that you are able to have telekinesis.

Even then, one cannot simply use 100% of our brain. It's impossible.
