Question:
People who insist they have telekinesis..?

There seem to be a great number of people out there who are always trying to prove that they have telekinesis. There are also quite a few people who are constantly denying that TK is possible. Why don't the people who "can" do it sit down with the nonbelievers and show them? And why don't the nonbelievers ever ask the "psychics" to sit down and show them their ability? It seems to me that there's no need for all the debating..

Skeptics have constantly asked so-called psychics to sit down and show them their ability. James Randi even has a standing offer of a million dollars to anyone that conclusively demonstrates any kind of psychic ability.

So far, everyone who has tried for the prize has either been revealed as a fake, or for some reason, their psychic abilities are somehow temporarily disrupted by the lights, or the electrostatic magnetic waves generated by the styrofoam peanuts, or even by the unyielding skepticism of the watchers.

No one's walked out with the million dollars yet.

1. Many of the so-called telekinetic's out there perform their "abilites in a controlled manner. That is they will have one, two or more tricks that they will do; however, these same feats can be duplicated by any amature or professional magician. They are reluctanct to try anything that is beyond their control, which makes for more skepticism. This has the tendency to put any true telekinetic in the realm of con artist.

2. There are people who simply cannot accept anything which defies rational explanation, and on the flip side there are those who will believe in something no matter what. Whether it's telekinesis or God you cannot convince those who do not want to be convinced one way or the other. Even if you provide them with absolute unrefutable proof they will not be convinced.

Telekinesis has nothing to do with being psychic. It has to do with the ability to lift objects without the aid of any of your physical extremities.

I've heard a lot of people claiming to be psychic but none who could lift something with their mind powers. I would like to see that. Then I would no longer be a skeptic.

There's a neat little trick I can do where I tap one side of my face with my hand, then the other side, the point at a folded piece of paper and the paper falls over. I doubt it's telekinesis, but it has creeped some people out.

The answer is quite simple....This can't be done. It's impossible. So there it is...Pure and simple!

AND if you don't agree, i guess you also can give a logical explenation to how it's possible....

Now, since it's not possible to explain in logic terms, we all can conclude, this is not possible.

This is quite simple.

Everything we see today, can be explained. There's a theory about how it can be done. Well, if it's not possible to explain, then it's simple, it's impossible, i doesn't exists....

I think that it is literally mind over matter. For some to believe, they'll question their religion. Can God move mountains---or man?

The skeptics DO try to get them to prove it.

The ones who try, fail. The ones who don't try, make excuses. No one has EVER sucessfully demonstrated a paranormal or supernatural ability under controlled conditions (i.e., when they couldn't be cheating).

For those who are ready, no explanation is necessary and for those who are not, no explanation is possible! http://www.psychic-junkie.com
